Customs and Duties
For international orders outside the UK, your parcel may be subject to import duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love what you've ordered. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help.
Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status and process your refund to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different size or colour, the quickest way is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order separately.

Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, gift cards, and any items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange, unless faulty.
